INSULINIQ may offer paid access to one or more of the following, separately or in limited promotional combinations:

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these offerings are sold separately.
## 2. COURSE ACCESS
Purchase of the online course provides access for six (6) months from the date of purchase, unless a different access period is clearly stated at checkout.
Course access is granted for the specific period purchased and does not automatically renew unless expressly stated at checkout.
## 3. MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS
The INSULINIQ chat subscription and app subscription are offered on a monthly recurring basis, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Current subscription pricing, if not otherwise stated at checkout, is US $10 per month per subscription offering, subject to change for future billing periods where permitted by law and platform rules.
By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your selected payment method until you cancel.
## 4. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW EACH BILLING CYCLE UNLESS YOU CANCEL BEFORE THE NEXT RENEWAL DATE.
By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that:
- your subscription renews automatically;
- charges may recur monthly;
- your payment method may be charged without additional notice before each renewal, to the extent permitted by applicable law and the billing platform used;
- and you remain responsible for managing or canceling your subscription through the appropriate purchase platform.
## 5. BILLING PLATFORMS
Subscriptions and purchases may be processed through one or more third-party billing platforms, including:
- Apple App Store;
- Google Play;
- Tribute;
- Stripe;
- or other payment and billing providers.
If you purchase through a third-party platform, your billing relationship may also be subject to that platform’s:
- subscription rules,
- billing practices,
- cancellation procedures,
- refund rules,
- renewal notices,
- taxes,
- and payment terms.
In the event of a conflict between this Policy and mandatory third-party platform rules, the mandatory platform rules will control to the extent required.
## 6. HOW TO CANCEL
You may cancel your subscription through the same platform or channel through which you originally purchased it, including, where applicable:
- Apple App Store;
- Google Play;
- Tribute;
- or another designated billing portal or purchase channel.
Unless otherwise required by law or platform rules, cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current paid billing period.
This means:
- you will generally continue to have access until the end of the already-paid period; and
- no additional renewal charges should occur after a valid cancellation is processed for future billing cycles.
You are responsible for canceling before your next renewal date if you do not want the next recurring charge.
## 7. NO REFUNDS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, PARTIAL REFUNDS, PRORATED REFUNDS, OR CREDITS FOR:
- unused time;
- partial billing periods;
- failure to use the subscription;
- change of mind;
- dissatisfaction;
- accidental purchase claims not caused by us;
- or failure to cancel before renewal.
## 8. EXCEPTIONS TO NO-REFUND RULE
Refunds will only be provided if:
- required by applicable law;
- required by mandatory rules of the billing platform used for the purchase;
- or expressly approved by the Company in writing at its sole discretion.
If your purchase was made through Apple App Store, Google Play, Tribute, or another third-party platform, you may need to submit refund requests directly through that platform, and any such request will be governed by its policies and procedures.
## 9. FAILED PAYMENTS
If a payment method is declined, reversed, expires, fails, or cannot be processed, we may:
- retry the charge where permitted;
- suspend access to the applicable subscription or service;
- downgrade account access;
- or terminate the affected subscription.
We are not responsible for overdraft fees, bank charges, credit card penalties, exchange rate effects, or third-party processing consequences related to failed or attempted charges.
## 10. CHARGEBACKS, PAYMENT DISPUTES, AND FRAUD
If you initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, reversal, or fraudulent claim, or if we reasonably suspect abuse, fraud, misuse, or unauthorized commercial exploitation, we reserve the right to:

- or use a subscription for commercial group access without authorization.
Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination without refund.

- subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis;
- billing occurs each recurring billing cycle;

## 26. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, if:

- we suspect fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or unlawful conduct;
- your use creates risk for us, other users, or third parties;
- required by law, regulation, or platform rules; or

Termination does not relieve you of obligations that arose before termination.

- or, if required, in a location in Virginia.
### 28.5 No Class Actions; No Jury Trial
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- YOU AND THE COMPANY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL; AND
- YOU AND THE COMPANY AGREE THAT ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, REPRESENTATIVE, OR MASS ACTION.
The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not preside over any class or representative proceeding.
### 28.6 Exceptions
Nothing in this section prevents either party from:
- bringing an individual action in small claims court if eligible; or
- seeking injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property or confidentiality rights.
### 28.7 Severability of Arbitration Clause
If any part of this arbitration section is found unenforceable, the remaining parts shall remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law, except that if the class action waiver is found unenforceable, then this arbitration section shall be unenforceable only to that extent.

The Services may be accessed internationally, but we make no representation that the Services are appropriate, lawful, or available in all locations.
You are solely responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
